Submit application processing payment of non-refundable $40 per applicant
by submitting an application fee isn't a guarantee that the applicant will be approved by the landlord. such payment is part of the application process and is a charge for the administrative costs of application consideration.

The agent presents the complete application packet to the owner for review. If your packet is selected, the application process is about 2-5 business days.
The property owner/manager selects the best qualified tenant(s), if multiple applications received. Broker/Agent doesn't make any decisions. All decisions are made by property owner/manager. Once the party is approved, total movein funds expected within 24-48 hours at the lease signing.
